Morock'n'Roll – Morocco Meets the World
Join us for an unforgettable evening of music, culture, and celebration as Tamazgha Vibes (Kamal Dades Band) brings the vibrant spirit of Morocco to The Camden Club.
Originating from Kelaat M'Gouna, the gateway to Morocco's famous Valley of Roses, Tamazgha Vibes blends the rich traditions of North Africa with contemporary influences to create a sound that is both authentic and exciting. Deeply rooted in the cultural heritage of the Dades region, the band combines Gnawa grooves, Desert Blues, Amazigh melodies, Afrobeat energy, and traditional Moroccan rhythms into a powerful live performance that gets audiences moving.
Their music tells the stories of Morocco's deep south, drawing inspiration from desert landscapes, ancient traditions, and the spirit of cultural exchange. Through music, Tamazgha Vibes connects people across borders, celebrating diversity, community, and the universal language of rhythm.
Opening the evening is Periscopi Invertit, a unique project that fuses traditional Catalan folk melodies with Mediterranean sounds, jazz influences, and contemporary rhythms.
Expect an evening filled with infectious grooves, uplifting energy, dancing, and musical journeys from North Africa to the Mediterranean and beyond.
