ENTRY
Apex and INTRA events are designed to showcase young musicians in and connected to Camden. We want our gigs to be safe and inclusive and to create an environment of mutual respect and support amongst all present.
Please do not bring food or drinks into the venue. Both will be available at the bar. Bags will be checked on entry. All attendees are responsible for their belongings
PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
Please note that photographs and footage will be taken throughout the event by Apex and INTRA volunteers and representatives. These may be used by Apex and INTRA for marketing and publicity on our website, on social media and for grant applications
We understand that you may want to film or photograph your child’s performance. Please seek permission from the parents or guardians of other performers in the group before you do. Photographs and footage must not be shared on social media without consent
SOUND AND LIGHT
This concert may feature loud music and flashing lights. If you are sensitive to high volumes, please bring ear protection or help yourself to the earplugs that we will have available

Performers who have signed up do not need tickets.
All parents, guardians and other audience members do need tickets. Please only take what you need - we’d like all our performers to be able to be supported by friends and family.
